First of all i just started coding and this is for my school project. Im having trouble being able to change colour of frames and labels from a different class. It might seem like a noob question and i know that my programming is quite bad, but any help would be aprreciated.

I want to be able to click the dark and light theme options and it will change the colour of the frame and labels in the class below.

Sorry for the long code, im pretty certain it could be done way simpler but im just starting out. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I wrote an example to show you how to use ttk styles. You make your classes, inherit from tkinter widgets but you don't use it in the __init__ method, so my Menubar class gives you an example.
