I am trying to write a Java Spring application (which will run as a docker image) to issue alarms and send them to an SNMP monitor (OpenNMS). The code I have works, but it only sends a string to the monitoring server. How can I modify this to send a notice to the snmp manager every time say the CPU usage reaches 75%?
