# How to efficiently calculate the weight of 3 variables which creates a ranking using any statistical test in SPSS or Excel? [closed]

I have 3 parameters based on which the employees are Ranked every month

I need to give % weightage to each parameter (out of 100%) .

How can I determine the optimal weightage to be given to each parameter to get the best results

If I have to use any statistical test, which test should I use ?
