What I'm trying to do is create a form in Access to serve as some kind of a tracker. I'm designing this as a webform and will eventually be publishing this to SharePoint.

Basically, the tracker is for keeping documentation of work on computer systems. I'd like to allow whoever is working on this to track multiple changes to computers at once--thereby necessitating multiple trackers.

What's the best way to facilitate this?

Is the best way to do this to create multiple subforms within a main form or opening a new tab in a browser for every form or something completely different?

Any input is appreciated.
