Python 3.7 (OpenSSL 1.1.0i) client and server are unable to establish SSL/TLS connection when using DHE+AESGCM cipher suite.

I am trying to create a SSL/TLS connection using DHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256 but the connection is not established and the server is showing me "no shared cipher" exception:

This issue is not specific to DHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256, but to all DHE+AESGCM ciphers.

I can not find a reason why the connection is not established. DHE+AESGCM ciphers are supported by OpenSSL and both the client and the server are running the same version of Python and OpenSSL.
