How can calculate a t-test on relative difference in means with confidence intervals and a pvalue in Python?

I referred to this answer, but it is only for absolute differences. It also doesn't work in Python 3 anymore due to a deprecation warning that cannot be suppressed.

  • Do you just want to go row by row and calculate mean +/- stdev, then compare the possible rows to get the t-test? If your only problem is calculating the t-test then this is very straightforward, and I can post answer. Implementing this over millions of rows, on the other hand, might a bit more challending, depending on how many rows you want to compare with the t-test. – bart cubrich Mar 9 at 23:42
