How would I use python to perform a linear regression and return a p_value that gives the null hypothesis that the slope is equal to 1?

Scipy linregress model computes "two-sided p-value for a hypothesis test whose null hypothesis is that the slope is zero."

I would like to do the same test for when the slope is 1.
