I am trying to visualise the model that saemix has calculated for me. I have data in the following form (there are more variables, but these are not of interest):

data.frame: 377 obs. of 12 variables:
$ PPnumber : Factor w/ 126 levels "","FB_001","FB_002",..: 2 2 2 2 3 3 3 4 4 4 ...
$ ageyrs : num 13.6 14.2 14.6 15.6 14.3 ...
$ ABSSq : num 37.9 46.2 43.3 51 41.1 ...

And I'm trying to calculate the prediction for ABSSq for 10 of these PPnumbers, at every age. This way I should be able to plot a nice line for 10 participants using ggplot. However, I find it difficult to obtain the saemix predictions.

I have looked through the saemix documentation and found that predict should do the trick, but I've been getting the same error over and over.

I've been getting the same error

Error in `[.data.frame`(newdata, "data") : undefined columns selected

And I haven't been able to figure out what exactly I am doing wrong. Any and all help would be very much appreciated.
