i have added all the certs to cacerts. using these cacerts and jks got from MQ team i have created a SSLConnectionFactory. and passed it to the Mqconnectionfactory. I have added VM args:

-Dcom.ibm.mq.cfg.useIBMCipherMappings=false
-Djavax.net.debug=all
-Dcom.ibm.mq.cfg.preferTLS=true

and we have unlimited JCE policy, JDK 1.8 , IBM MQ all client 9.0.4.0

    What does the queue managers AMQERR01.LOG show at the same time that the app gets the above error? – JoshMc Jul 17 at 19:38

  • Surya, that looks like only part of the error message, you can click edit below the question and add the full error, but if it is just the AMQ9999 then that is also a generic error that says the channel ended abnormally, AMQ9999 errors are always paired with a error before it in the log that shows the reason for the failure, so I suggest you provide that error not the AMQ9999 error. – JoshMc Jul 18 at 23:31
