I have to base my mixascII(To,Tt): off of mixstrings(To,Tt):

    def mixstrings(To,Tt):
      pile=""
      if len(To) < len(Tt):
        for index in range(len(To)):
          pile=pile + To[index] + Tt[index]
        print pile

      if not len(To) < len(Tt):
        for index in range(len(Tt)):
          pile=pile + Tt[index] + To[index]
        print pile #this function works

This is the program where i have to print mixed ordinal values of any two strings of varying length. the conditions are that 1) it must return ordinal values of both strings 2) it must mix those two strings "cat", "computer" = ccaotm... 3) but it has to print the ordinal values of all characters such that it appears like this. ######## then once Cat is done it prints an x until Computer is done printing its ordinal values
