I have made this search in this photo. It searches books by title, description, authors, categories.

I need to order the search result by number of matches[matchCount].

I have made an ugly solution with for loops. What is the better django way of doing it ?

Conditions:

  1. If Title/Description exists in the search params: If it macthes the book title, matchCount+=1
  2. If Title/Description exists in the search params: If it macthes the book description, matchCount+=1
  3. If authors exist in the search params: matchCount+=1 for every matching author of a book.
  4. If categories exists in the seach params: matchcount+=1 for every matching category the book belongs to.

Models:

class Author(SafeDeleteModel):
    name = models.CharField(max_length=255)

class Category(SafeDeleteModel):
    title = models.CharField(max_length=255)

class Book(SafeDeleteModel):
    title = models.CharField(max_length=255)
    description = models.CharField(max_length=255)

    authors = models.ManyToManyField(Author)
    categories = models.ManyToManyField(Category)
