I am trying to get the coordinates for the precision and recall curves for a model so I can graph them.

I can get the coordinates of the roc curve via:

from h2o.estimators.gbm import H2OGradientBoostingEstimator
gbm = H2OGradientBoostingEstimator(nfolds=3,
                                   distribution=distribution,
                                   fold_assignment="Random")
gbm.train(y=response_col,
          x=predictors,
          validation_frame=valid,
          training_frame=train)
print(gbm.roc())

but gbm.recall() is just the threshold & single value.
