My aqueduct application is failing to bind to the given port on heroku

Question

I followed the official tutorial on how to deploy an Aqueduct application on Heroku (i.e. https://aqueduct.io/docs/deploy/deploy_heroku/). I was able to successfully connect to a PostgreSQL database and push the initial migration using a release dyno, however when I try to run the application using a web dyno, I get the following error:

I even tried to extend my boot time to 180 seconds but still got the same error and then adjusted my bin/main.dart file to this:

I still get the same error after redeployment.

My Procfile looks like this:

release: /app/dart-sdk/bin/pub global run aqueduct:aqueduct db upgrade --connect $DATABASE_URL
web: /app/dart-sdk/bin/pub global run aqueduct:aqueduct serve --port $PORT --config-path heroku.yaml

and my heroku.yaml looks like this:

database: $DATABASE_URL

What am I doing wrong?
