I am using RAD Studio 2010.

I don't know why, but my VCL application is blinking when I move the mouse over the Close or Maximize button!

This happen even with simple application without any item or any text

This blinking happen every second

I attached gif image for showing this problem

Can I fix this?

    IIRC I have seen that type of behaviour when customized title bars are used. But since you are using Delphi 2010, there are no customized title bars. No VCL styles either, I think. Is this a brand new VCL app except for the menu bar? Are other apps on this machine affected? Does it reproduce without the menu bar? – Andreas Rejbrand Feb 22 at 23:07
