P table virtual scroll(Using Lazy) , How first and rows values are calculating inside grid in angular

Question

I'm using virtual scroll inside "ptable", I'm getting random first and rows values because of that getting duplicate records on scroll.

My scenario is, I want to display 40 records on every scroll, I configured below properties [rows]="40" scrollHeight="500px" [virtualScroll]="true" [virtualRowHeight]="34"

Every scroll I want to get first value should be +40 for previous value, sometimes I'm getting +20 and sometimes I'm getting +40. Not able to understand how these values are calculating inside gird.
