VBA change value ending to combobox value

Question

I am trying to replace the last 3 symbols of a cell value with ones from my "LanguageBox" combobox for cells that values start with "UZL." and ends with ".ENG". All this happening in column E ("E2:E"&LastRow).

Can someone please share the code for this?

Assuming that you have inserted a command button in your user form, insert it when you click the command button in the user form code. It can be implemented differently.
