I have multiple audio files rendered as a list. We have a custom exo_player_control_view and one of the views in it is the TimeBar. I am trying to show the exoplayer's TimeBar scrubber even before the MediaItem corresponding to that view is added to the player so that users can seek the start time before the media is loaded. We want to use a single ExoPlayer instance to play audio files. So, MediaItem is added only when the user clicks on the play button. I have the audio file's duration information in the audio metadata.
This experience is similar to WhatsApp. If there are multiple voice files, users can move the scrubber on any audio file.
I have tried to use the TimeBar's setPosition method to no avail.
