How to solve this Exception: Java gateway process exited before sending its port number in windows?

!pip install pyspark
import pyspark
from pyspark.sql import SparkSession
spark=SparkSession.builder.appName('practice').master('local').getOrCreate()

I have tried above lines and it is throwing me an Exception error. I m using Windows OS. and executing this code in Jupyter notebook.
