isPrintInFirstWholeBand="true" property does not work if data exceeds more than one page

Question

In my jrxml, I'm using 2 bands in detail band 1st band is used to display header, which needs to be printed only once at the top of each page even if detail band data exceeds in more than one pages. for this I have added below properties.
