You can bind the control's height with your objects like:
<CollectionView.ItemTemplate>
<DataTemplate>
<Button Text="{Binding btnText}"
HeightRequest="{Binding heightvalue}"/>
</DataTemplate>
</CollectionView.ItemTemplate>
