Issue:

I have a dataset that doesn't meet the assumptions to conduct an ANOVA, so I need to conduct a non-parametric alternative such as the Kruskal Wallis test. Overall, I have seven parameters and I want to conduct multiple pairwise comparisons between them.

I have found a function to conduct this type of analysis but the overall output is definitely not correct.

Would anyone be able to lend a hand?

  • Hello, Akrun. I hope you are well! I attached another data frame with the variable Center.Freq. I've been playing around with the code to incorporate this variable into the Kruskal Wallis test and I keep on getting error messages saying that the y value is missing.     Yes! I have corrected the colnames(New_Acoustic_Parameter) typo. The column in the dummy data is now labelled Center.Freq. Thanks for pointing that out. May 21 at 17:13
