how to get a specific item from map entry in java

Question

I can get the first item from map entry with the following code:

public Map.Entry<MenuItem, Action> getFirstMenuItem(){

    return menuContent.entrySet().iterator().next();
}

But when I want to get second menu item, I can not. I'm new in java. Can you advice anything? How can I move to the second one and get it?
