I want to add a custom marker in a Chart.js area plot like the one below: enter image description here

I also want to introduce some interactively in the plot such that the marker can be dragged along the x-axis and based on the value selected the color of the fill area should change, somewhat like the following image: enter image description here

Is it possible to modify the existing code from below to perform the same?
