So, I have a Roster where I want to add a dropdown list to select the shifts for the month for each employee. In the second sheet, I have all the patterns possible as a reference to select from.

How Can I connect the dropdown list to the reference table and have it paste the selected pattern onto the row of the employee for the month.

Also this should have manual editability aside from selecting from drop down list as there may be adjustments required on the roster.
