I am building a WordPress plugin and would like to be able to either :

  1. have any website be able to use the FB login features from any domain that the user desires to install it at

or

  1. be able to programmatically update the "allowed Domains" setting found in the Facebook login product

Is there a way to do code either of these scenarios using the Facebook JavaScript SDK.

or

is their a different approach that developers should take when attempting to create an web app(using FB login Product) that is designed to be install any URL?

  • Depending on what the purpose of your plugin is, people who want to use it on their site, could do so with their own Facebook app id.
