I'm getting this error message

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home3/kitewagu/public_html/irindia.org/wp-content/themes/go/functions.php:1) in /home3/kitewagu/public_html/irindia.org/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1091

every 2-3 days

I tried changing the theme and plugins, but the same problem is still occurring. Sometimes it works & sometimes. I want a permanent solution to it.

    Likely host updated your PHP version and it is not compatible with wordpress version. Talk to host.Possibly dont output error messages, that could be the header issue.

search for a empty line or empty space befor the start of the codes "output started at /home3/kitewagu/public_html/irindia.org/wp-content/themes/go/functions.php:1" look this error befor the start should be empty but not
