In charge of the Parallel Processing department in the team that developed the Xaphir/Xilopix search engine's core. Orchestrated the integration of a dozen libraries developed at the company into a single unified image several times per month.

Developed from scratch a distributed computing framework. Bootstrapped and supervised the development of a distributed web crawler/scraper. Both software were used in the search engine's indexing chain to index millions of web pages per day.

The computing framework allowed to build complex and dynamic pipelines to distribute and perform various kind of computation tasks. A module system was created to quickly develop and deploy new components as well as their resources (ML models, ...). It was possible to setup different priority policies to handle jobs during their processing.

Kadeploy is a scalable, efficient and reliable deployment system (cluster provisioning solution) for cluster and grid computing. It provides a set of tools for cloning, configuring (post installation) and managing cluster nodes. It can deploy a 300-nodes cluster in a few minutes, without intervention from the system administrator. It can deploy Linux, *BSD, Windows, Solaris.

It plays a key role on the Grid'5000 testbed, where it allows users to reconfigure the software environment on the nodes.

Continue the development of the software: add features, create a REST api to replace the DRb-based one, improve reliability and performances. Re-work the devel, testing, release process and the packaging of the software. Benchmark it. Support, maintain the software; Work in collaboration with the Grid'5000 team.

Distem is a distributed systems emulator. When doing research on Cloud, P2P, High Performance Computing or Grid systems, it can be used to transform an homogenenous cluster (composed of identical nodes) into an experimental platform where nodes have different performance, and are linked together through a complex network topology, making it the ideal tool to benchmark applications targetting such environments.

Grid'5000 is a research effort developing a large scale nation wide infrastructure for large scale parallel and distributed computing research. Grid'5000 is a scientific instrument for the study of large scale parallel and distributed systems. It aims at providing a highly reconfigurable, controlable and monitorable experimental platform to its users. 19 laboratories are involved in France with the objective of providing the community a testbed allowing experiments in all the software layers between the network protocols up to the applications. The infrastructure of Grid'5000 is geographically distributed on different sites hosting the instrument, initially 9 sites in France (10 since 2011). Porto Alegre, Brazil is now officially becoming the first site abroad.

Administrator of the platform. Maintain and develop tools to assist users in their experimentations. Improve Kadeploy3 integration/performances/configuration on the platform.
