My work is primarly on supporting our customers, understanding problems and solving them quickly, with workarounds or building code fixes. It includes development of tools and customer's plugins, primarly in C# language.

Talking about my computer interests, I'm a proudly power user of Ubuntu, on both home and work computers, and I'm really interested in Joomla, a leading open source CMS written in PHP, and in VirtueMart, the e-commerce component for Joomla (I was the co-founder of VirtueMart Italia community).
Just few words on my personal life: I'm married and we have a son and a daugher. I'm currently the president of a volunteers association, called "Volontari Aiutamondo", with which I went several times in Albania for summer activities with children.
