Hi, I'm Andreas and I'm passionate about improving the daily lives of users through my work in UX design and product design. I have over 10 years of experience in this field, including 8+ years at Ericsson where I applied User-Centric design methods in the BSS, OSS, and M-Commerce departments.

As a UX/UI Designer, I specialize in creating intuitive and visually appealing web experiences for both B2B and consumer audiences. My responsibilities include designing web pages and SaaS applications, conducting user interviews and creating personas, user journey maps, and impact maps. I am skilled in creating user flows, information architecture, design components, style guides, and design specifications to support development. I also have experience in designing presentation templates for Office 365 and product sheets. My toolkit includes Figma, Adobe XD, Zeplin, InDesign, Photoshop, and Office 365.

In my current role at Cogitel, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and services that meet business and user needs. As a former software developer, I have a strong foundation in Agile ways of working and a deep understanding of implementation challenges. I am also skilled in prototyping, documentation, and communicating key UX decisions to senior management.

In addition to my professional work, I have led smaller UX teams on various projects and have published writing on prototypr.io. Outside of work, I produce electronic music as a hobby and have released tracks under the alias "Andreas J" on various platforms.
